When someone posts a report, they have the option to allow or not allow questions or comments.
Posted Reports
I'm new here, but my question is how come on the Connecticut Posted Reports; at the bottom of a report sometimes there is an icon to ask a question or make a comment, and sometimes there isn't. Seems like when I do have a question or comment, there is no icon there.
