Why is a report held and not the replies??? Shouldn't it be the other way around? I remember if you posted 10 posts with out a problem you had a clear pass to go right on threw. What happened to that? But all the Bozo'z with there GREAT commennts can go on Immiately and say what ever they like

im sure they do but they have to get to the good posters report to approve it. They get a ton of reports everyday and have to look at each one to find the good ones.Im sure when they see a poster they know they approve it as soon as they see it..

There coming to read the reports. So make it easier for them to get approved or what ever. God if I was to put a Thread up on anything it goes right up asap. Then of course it gets locked down or removed. Come on I don't want to debate it. Give the people what they want makes good bussiness sense

If we allowed every report to go up without reviewing them it would not be pretty. I delete and edit numerous reports a day that contain bashing, cursing and other profanity.
We used to have it where after 10 reports, there would be no review but even that turned disastorous. Just because someone has 10 reports doesnt mean the 11th or the 20th one wont be innapropriate.

Paul, reports are usually approved within minutes of being put up, especially during the week. Weekends get delayed a little because most mods are out fishing or doing whatever.
If replies needed to be reviewed there would have to be 100 more moderators just to do it

That's pretty disgraceful. The sad thing is 3 out of the other 4 reports are made by PB capts, mates or charters.

When a report is posted it's then added to our email list which is sent to over 40,000 users, so it needs to be edited before it's posted.
Once it's emailed there's no correcting it.
