I fished for 6 hours today everywhere from Old Field Point to the Pink House and also inside the harbor. For the first 3 hours the fishing was so poor that I was grateful for the occasional sea robin. Conditions with wind and tide improved mid-afternoon. I had one productive drift close to shore with 4 short fluke in a 5 minute span. Otherwise it was very slim pickings. I ended the day with 6 short fluke and (thankfully) a 22" for dinner tomorrow night.
