Yes!!......I have always looked to the crocus to tell me my gear better be ready.........Forsythia means flounder!

There are two natural phenomenon(sp?) that I totally beleive in:

When the dogwoods are blooming, the blackfish are back inshore.

and when the Yellow Jackets are flying about, the snappers(bluefish) are around. Check that out during the summer

Hey, my dogwood bloomed yesterday so I went down to beach......did not catch a bluefish. What did I do wrong, you guys promised..........
