Does anyone know how The Big Jamaica made out on their first tuna trip of the year?

I was wondering the same thing... They give no report on their web site fishing report. Maybe they did not sail.??

I was not there, but my co worker was on the trip. There were only a few very small yellow fin ( he described them as tiny) caught along with a one chicken Mahi. Probably 3 or 4 fish max for the boat. On the way in the capt. tried many ledges and pieces for tile fish, but thre was none to be had. He said the weather was perfect, but the fish were not the fish were not there. The captain really tried hard to put the fish in the boat. They did not get back to the dock unil 6:00 Monday night

Tuna Fishing

Is really tough right now. Hope it picks up within the next few weeks or i have the feeling that there will be a lot of cancelled trips this year. Especially PB Tuna fishing.

I heard the Voyager had some fish Wednesday night. Can anyone confirm if this is true, and maybe where they were fishing?
