Thanks for all of the replies,,The half-day or a 6 hr trip is what we are looking for,,I found one thats a 6 hr out of Leonardo...The Freddie-c ? anyone had any personal experience on this one?,,,Our trip for the 13th has to be cancelled,,My son is a DJ & a job came up for that night,,,he's got regulars on Tues& Thurs. nites then proms ,weddings etc. for weekends& whenever they come up..so now we have another week to keep looking or make a decision on where to go,,then hope a storm don't screw us up,,I'm hoping to get down a few times this year ,thanks to all& feel free to e-mail me at [email protected] if you'd prefer to not post at this site,,Tightlines,,Mark
Party Boat help
Am hoping to go out on a headboat on Wed.6/12,,its been 20 yrs since the last time I was out,am taking my 19 yr old son with me,,I am located near Binghamton NY and will probably be coming in on Rte.80,,I'm thinking of heading to Atlantic Highlands in NJ,,We're just hoping to catch some Salt water fish,(hopfully edible)Question?? any recommendations for a boat? would another Marina be better(we're hoping to keep trip as short as possible ) we figure about31/2-4 hours from here...?is now a good time to go out or should we wait a few more weeks?...What fish should we look target on a head boat now??? any other suggestions greatly appreciated,,Thanks&Tightlines,,Mark

Directions to the sea pidgeon would be greatly appreciated,,does the pigeon get filled often,,I've a concern that if we're running a bit late that we won't get on.that is why we'd like to get to larger boat basin so we can get out on something,,,also if any capt's tend to have short rulers or any other illegalities let me know so I can avoid them ,,Thanks again,,,Mark
