Im going in mid july anybody know how the surf fishing up there is

But I would expect it to be great, also try the freshwater always good.
Time to do some internet searching about fishing up there, call some tackle stores up there

Some good fishing to be had at that time - beach, rivermouths, and rocky shore structure. Check out Saco Bay Tackle online.
