Old Inlet/Bellport Beach

Does anyone fish old inlet/Bellport beach area? Never see much reporting from there......any advice would be appreciated....

Old Inlet

Does anyone know who maintains the boat slips at old inlet? Are you suposed to pay a fee to dock there?
