i dont know if any of you guys have seen or herd but the salvage co that liberated the steel from the barge that sank with the celtic off norwalk must have disterbed the tugs tanks and now they leeking oil into the sound. i wonder who will get stuck with the bill for this one or will it be another superfund clean up site at the taxpayers expence.they fussed with it they should have to fix it.
