Does anyone know if there is any action off the beach by the ocean vista Hotel? I think its about 5 miles from Montauk, near amagansett, I couldn't get a hotel in Montauk fo 10/12 so I am there

Any Help would be appreciated

i dont see why not.. i have not fished there personally but i would recommend look for structure

CALLING NORTHFORK WILLY

If you see a post by Northfork Willy - try getting a message to him. From what I've seen on here - he's (I'm assuming he's a he) probably the resident expert on fishing both forks.

If you're staying at Napeague stretch I would work the 4x4 beach there and fish that area with Pencil poppers. If you don't do anything there. Head to Hither Hills, the drop off is good there now, there's the possibility you can find a blitz at any time! If that doesn't work out for you and the boyz, head to the Northside near the light house area, there have been fish coming and going there at sunrise and sunset!
