Finally got some time off and would like to get some Black fishing in . I heard on this site some good things said about the Ocean Eagle and would like to give them a shot this tuesday . Where are they located and what time do they depart . Also would anyone know if they run to the 17 fathoms .

Hi...I also would appreciate some info on the Ocean Eagle. I always go on the Riptide from City Island,but they ended early this year because of the cold.

Does the Ocean Eagle give bait..he didn't mention that on his voicemail..Also about what time does he return and anyone know about how long the ride is to the fishing area?

I spoke with Billy40 and he's been sailing with them this weekend. They haven't been hitting 17, but that might change soon
He did say they have been putting together some good catches and he had his limit yesterday. I believe you can buy "white-leggers" from the boat or near there...they do supply green crabs.
