28"/1 fish, yes. The "18 in. north of the GW" rule is only if you're actually fishing in the Hudson River.
NY Striper Regs???
I'm confused with the wording... North of GW Bridge - South of GW Bridge... Aren't the NY waters off of the CT shore (Fisher's Island) north of the bridge??? There is a big difference in regs...
