so then what are the regs i should follow if i am fishing for bass in the ny waters around fishers island? 28 in/1 fish??

NY Striper Regs???
I'm confused with the wording... North of GW Bridge - South of GW Bridge... Aren't the NY waters off of the CT shore (Fisher's Island) north of the bridge??? There is a big difference in regs...
