received a notice in the mail with three pictures taken from a lightpole.

1st pic shows a very clear close-up picture of my license plate, taken at 17:12 PM
2nd pic shows my car at the stop line (with two other cars); light is red, taken at 17:12:21
3rd pic shows my car underneath the light (which is still red), taken at 17:12:22

BAGGED -- do not pass GO, pay $50!

if they're getting a picture of every driver who is running a red light in NYC, the city is making a FORTUNE

I thought that most moving violations (including a red light) resulted in pts on your licence. Maybe I'm wrong.
AND...$50???? For a moving violation? **** parking tickets are approching $100 in NYC now. Consider yourself lucky, Skip.

Chevy....that camera on Crossbay Blvd (Howard Beach) was one of the first ones installed. What a biatch, too. You approach it from the South (Bridge side) and you can see the stale green light for about a quarter mile. It almost dares you..lol.

Scott...those Bkln cameras are definitely cash cows.

Are you sure you are not getting the location of the traffic cameras mixed up with the red light cameras????
