Looks like the tide charts still pull from a program that does not account for the new DST. On March 9th, the same tide the next day should be an hour and approximately 45 minutes ahead because of the hour added for DST. But on April 6th ? the first Sunday in April (the old DST spring forward) you can see the hour added there instead.
Just add an hour to the charts until April 6th.
