Did I read the above correctly to say that there are no fish allowed over 73" in the angling category?

Andy-

Thats what it appears to say...normally in the past I thought the angling quota had a 'trophy' fish allowance which allowed a boat to take one 73"+ fish per season (if they are in the angling)...no mention of that on this sheet. Maybe someone here knows for sure...I will see what I can find out and will post back if I read anything.

According to this NMFS site the one fish per year over 73 inches for angling category vessels is still in effect.
