Looking to head out solo for fluke this Sat. Anyone have a good boat to recommend in NJ? I live in Old Bridge and dont wanna travel to far. Keyport, Perth Amboy, Pt Pleasant, Manasquan are all options.

Seahawk out of Perth Amboy is a good boat. He runs a magic hour trip from 3:30-8:30 for $40 that I did pretty well on a few weeks ago. He also has a 7:30-2:30 trip.

Out of Atlantic Highlands I like the Angler and the Sea Tiger II the best. Angler runs a 3/4 trip that goes out at 7:30 (I think, check their website)and the Sea Tiger II runs half day trips at 8:00 and 1:30. There is a third boat in AH that I have never been on but I have had several people tell me good things about called the Seahorse that is worth a look. He runs a magic hour trip starting at 3:30 as well as a regular 3/4 day trip in the morning.

Captain John is the boat in Keyport. I have never been on it, but I have heard he catches fish. He runs a morning 3/4 day trip and 5:00-9:00 magic hour trip.

I live in NYC and fish almost every week the Angler out of Atlantic Highlands...I thinks it's the best Fluke fishing boat in NJ and maybe I'll be there tomorrow,but like pim66 say the others boat probably are as good just check it out and decide by your self witch one going to be your favorite.....good luck..Fredd
