I love whiting, didn't get enough whiting fishing the last time. Its not only the whiting, I want all the winter species back. Its been only blackish in the bight the last 15 years.

Great, good for you! Next question- Would you go whiting fishing more than once a month?

P.S. What you "need" may be different from what others "need". Some of us have no problem at all in using more than 15 cod a month, for instance. Or was 10 the magical number?
