Isles made some sound moves.
Move Simon to Minnesotta for a sixth round pick to:
Replace the seventh round pick they lost to get Rob Davison from SJ.
Davison replaces Simon= Good move, Davison although a healthy scratch for most of this season, is 27, big D man they'll need moving forward. He also can scrap and plays tough.
Bergeron gone for Third Rounder. Bergeron's no good for LI, he's a liability on D and for every point he gets you, you loose on the back end defensively. Good Ridence.
I think the Pens move to get Hossa will cost them dearly in the very near future. Armstong and Christianson are good young players. Hossa is a rental on a dream to win the cup this year which IMO this team can't do even with Sid the Kid.
