Cost: $55 per trip, includes the fare and mate's gratuity, paid in
advance thru Noreast.com Limited to 20 people each trip.
Rods, reels supplied if needed. Bait and rigs included.
Feel free to bring your own gear.

Purchase tickets: Tickets will be purchased thru Noreast. You will
get a fare ticket sent to your PC to print out. This is your
ticket to get on the Shinne**** Star on July 16, 2008.

I will be notified when some one has purchased a ticket. Then
your name will be added to the SIGNED UP List at the bottom
of this post.

Details: Learn from the bucktail/teaser specialist. Capt John will
share his vast experience with us regarding how and where
to find the fluke and then how to tease them onto your hook.
Capt Neil will assist in showing how to rig your bucktails
with the very capable help of Deena. All your questions
will be answered during the trip.

Prizes: Dottie and Capt John have donated a free trip to the person
catching the heaviest fluke on each trip.

Raffle: Free tickets for a custom designed/crafted skinny water
bucktail rod by Capt Neil. A person will win such rod at the
beginning or each trip. It will be a spinning rod so bring
a small spin reel as you may be the winner.

After purchase of ticket it is your responsibility to find a replacement if you have to cancel. An overflow list will be maintained to help.

Hi Neil!

This is a terrific idea, it's going to be a great time

! As you said, Capt.John is a master bucktailer, and I know that skinny water fluking is one of his favorite types of fishing. What stinks is, I am working July 16th

. I can try to get off, but won't know for sure if I have the day untill about a day or two before. I'd be glad to be put on the standby list, in case.

I'm sure it'll feel good for you to be on the Star and not have to worry about running the boat, or finding the fish

!

Hi John,

After payment the data has to be passed on to be posted. It probably depends upon the next persons availability and my guess may take abit longer during the weekend.

Just like if I go fishing tomorrow no one will be able to get in touch with me. Speaking of which I need lots of practice before the seminar/charter.

Hi Jason,

Yes, that was me and I actually went back on Sat. afternoon trip to test the Maximiser! That fluke actually went back to the briny deep.

Don't tell my customers but I am going on the SS this Thursday, opening of porgy season. I think the 2nd Maximiser will get a good testing.

That fish was a short? Unreal! Anyway, hope you have a great day tomorrow, I wanted to go but unfortunately I can't. I'm sure you're gonna get an easy, quick limit of, in Capt.John's words, "galvanized garbage can lids", then go and catch a doormat on the Maximiser!

July 16 is coming fast!!!

Hi ho flukers!

Are you thinking fluke seminar/charter, July 16, Shinne**** Star?

Now is the time to get signed up!

1/2 hour before sailing time we will start the seminar. Capt John will explain the in's and outs of shallow water bucktail jigging in Shinne**** Bay. The info you learn is usuable in your home waters.

Then we will have a very experienced bucktail angler share his secrets with us. He has fished this area for quite some time very sucessfully.

I will go into the different type of rigs that we use and also the knots we use for mono and braid. We will be on deck all thru the trip for show and tell. Bring your questions!

I will have the new MAXIMIZER Series rods with me for you to try. These are designed for maximum sensitivity using very light jigs. You will be amazed what you will be ably to feel bouncing these jigs. It equates to more hook ups with our fluke and lots of fun reeling them in.

Remember only 40 tickets will be sold. There are 13 spaces left. Don't wait. This is a reduced fare, thanks to Dottie and Capt John, and also includes the mate's tip.
