Went fishing this evening 2nd cast in crack my two piece penn rod in half well time for a new one. I am looking for a surf rod to fish off staten island beaches I was thinking between 2-4 oz 9-10 ft.1 piece for sure the reel i have to match it with is eb65 epixor.I always chunk bunker for bass and blues thanks in advance for any advice.

Contact Penn and tell them what happened. let them explain their warrantee. You may get a replacement rod.
