What a weird day! Got up and my honda wouldnt start. Well good excuse to jump in the truck with kayak already loaded and fish my schoolie spring spot. Ok after seeing bait spray on the shoreline I tossed the flyrod and got a small fish, as I am reeling the fish in I notice 2 men in the woods, both in their 50's or maybe 60's having sex, and I mean I see it all! Not the outdoor experience I was looking for but hey, who am I to judge. Ok back to the fishing, I paddle somemore and the fishfinder starts going wild, I drop and bucktail down and I hook a flounder rig with 2 pound flounder still on! Weird is that this not a flounder spot to my knowledge. I then get to my "schoolie spot" and start off with a keeper size fish on first cast and then next cast another, then after some small fish I nail a 34 incher with shoulders!! Great fight and 10lb line. Got a bunch of smaller fish on fly but all the big fish came on a white shakertail, I have been fishing this spot for years and never has a fish bigger then 25 inches. SO what is the moral of todays story? You're never too old to have sex in the woods? No thats not it. The real moral is big fish can show up anytime, just have to fish it enough and the big fish will find you.
