there are differant meats in them some light some dark ,I make jerky sausage and stews and soups out of them ,basicly anything you can buy in a store you can make out of them here is a pic of one I just had mounted .before

Awesome pics
I had to "dispatch" one in my backyard a few years back. It grabbed my dog by the muzzle and tore him up pretty good. I popped him with a .22 in the head and the thing went berzerk so I had to put a couple more rounds into it before it died. I never thought to mount it but that thing was big and nasty! Thanks for sharing the pics.

Snappers are mad mean.. had some run ins as a kid in yaphank lakes and carmen's river.. had some HUGE one's in there
