That's a move in the right direction.

The further back towards the July 4th weekend it moves, the better for us South Shore guys re: Fluke and Bass.

I would have gone back a further 2 weeks, if I had my druthers.

Okay, this new date might actually work for me. If I sign up, is there a restriction on where I can fish or can I go where ever I want (it will be on a headboat)? Also, is there any chance of getting a weigh station in NJ? Perhaps the Outdoorsman in Palisades Park or Meltzer's in Garfield.
