Ilove to fish a popping plug. First out of my bag on the boat is always a red/white Cotton Cordell pencil popper. This $6.50 plug catches more fish on my boat than a11 my other poppers put together. The plug is not very tough, but catches alot of fish. I also have a few Herbie Hahn wood poppers that work great on the boat, but they are no longer in business. On the beach Gibbs pencil poppers are great fish catchers. My next favorite would be Super Strike Polaris and the Gibbs Polaris. I've also used the Yozuri Mag plug with success, but I'm not spending $13 for it. B4SUNUP

You go for stripe or blue or alby or bonito or whatever, you name and you bring litle thing with you, it is PoPer.
