Well looks like the Tog season is open and all the nice 70 to 80 deg. days have disappeared? Dam never fails. Looks like a Nor?easter all through the being of next week! Bummer! I will tell you not to pull the boats out early this year. The reason being it?s October and the fishing has not even started! The Bass are just now starting down the beaches and more behind them. The tog fishing is off yet because the water is so warm. The porgies are still around and sea bass. There is an occasional nice bunch of fluke being caught. And the tuna bite is just starting to heat up. Looks like the bite has been from 2:00 till sun up .That means its more like an August type of bit only to improve as the water temps drop! Hey I had tuna in the canyons all the way into the end of Dec. one year. So hopefully Mother Nature will let us do some fishing!

WIND

Can someone please tell them to shut the big fan off. I haven't been able to fish on my boat for the past 3 or 4 weeks. I want to troll up some albies before the season is done and I'm itching to hit some wrecks for tog, triggers, and bass, but this wind is relentless.
