I found this on CNN today. The Marines found this mural in one of the iraq headquarters. I thought it was at least worth discussing.

IMO. If anyone needs more proof than that then they need to have their head examined. I am also questioning who's side Hans Blix is on? According to him those chemical suits and the Cipro found on Iraqi troops was meant to intimidate the coalition troops and he still thinks there are no chemical or biological weapons in Iraq. This guy is an idiot and as the proof mounts up it is going to show how much of a waste of time it was to have the inspectors over there.

In spite of discoveries such as the Twin towers mural, Iraqi gas masks and chemical protection suits, in spite of the barbaric treatment of prisoners, in spite of Saddam's willingness to sacrifice his own civilians to save his hide, the Saudis and others are calling for "negotiation" to end the conflict. It is clear that the US and our British friends are pursuing the only possible solution to the problem. The only acceptable outcome is Saddam?s head on a stick in the middle of Bagdad.

Wow, that picture is bad.

Look at the scale! It's way off. First, the buildings were 110 stories. Look at that plane. It's bigger than the building! Not only are they bad fighters but they are bad artists too.

What does this prove? Nothing. It doesn't say Bin Laden is in alliance with Iraq. It just says Iraq sympathizes with Al Quaeda. Or it was just to piss people off.

Let me ask you this. We know France was selling weapons to Iraq. People think Iraq and Bin Laden are buddies. If Saddam has these bioligical and chemical weapons, why didn't he give them to Bin Laden? Al Quaeda is much more nervy when it comes to attacks than Iraq. Iraq could have sold them to Osama and just had the tie from France to Al Quaeda without them in the mix.

I don't think Osama and Saddam are buddies. Both are lunatics and I bet neither one even trusts each other.

No connection between Saddam and Osama? They have already found two cells of Al Quada hiding in Northern Iraq. Do you honestly think the Iraqi govt. didn't know they were there? They have been harboring these criminals and giving them food and weapons so they could join the fight against the coalition. The reason Saddam didn't give them any biological or chemical weapons is because they had to sneek into this country undetected and as pathetic as we are when it comes to our borders I think we would have noticed if biological and chemical weapons were coming into the U.S. That is why they had to turn planes into bombs they had no other weapons to use. So let's get real here Patrick you are obviously an intelligent guy and we all know how you feel about this war but you don't need a calculator to do the math on this one. Saddam=Bin Laden and they both need to be wiped from the face of the earth.

No more doubt

I attended the SIA AML (Securities Industry Association for Anti-Money Laundering) conference at the Plaza Hotel in NY last Thursday. The keynote speaker was David D. Aufhauser
General Counsel, U.S. Department of the Treasury. He gave very specific examples on how the food for oil program had been manipulated by IRAQ to skim huge amounts of money in the $ 100s of millions of dollars to terrorist organizations like al-Qa?ida. I have my own reasons why this is not made more public. But there is no more doubt in my mind why this regime has to be removed. Unfortunately a couple of well planned assinations would not kill the snake. This snake like Medusa has many heads.

Northern Iraq is not 100% under the control of Saddam. It is a wasteland. Populated by Kurds, Bedouins, and many other groups that are not exactly on Saddam's payroll. I only heard of one camp, it was in the Kurdish controlled area

They are fleeing to Iran? That doesn't sound like they support Saddam. Iran is his enemy.
