Ron, Derrick, Dave, and Shortie, fished aboard the Jane's Grace IV out of Montauk and scored well with some very large flounder. We used fresh clams along with plenty of chum to keep the flounder coming. These fish were caught inside the Hooter buoy off of Block Island.
