I recently picked up from my parents the fishing stuff that belonged to my brother who passed away. One of the rods is a Quantum 2 piece spinning rod, the top half of which is missing. I have contacted Quantum via email but have not heard back from them yet. Any other ideas on how to possibly get a replacement top?
