this problem is everywhere these people can get to, so they can chuck clam bits and keep every bass and black they get their hands on.they leave for dead any other thing caught along with their piles of crap.they play dumb and you have to get out of their way.they've taken over places at times and have zero respect for the natural resource they're using.i don't go to the water for confontations,but this is getting ridiculous.from here on in i'm using my cell phone to call authorities, and i am going to explain the laws to them regardless of cultural and language barriers

ARE YOU SURE THERE IS NO BIAS AND EXAGGERATIONS HERE ????
WHAT ABOUT THE PLUGS OR RIGS YOU MIGHT HAVE SNAPPED OFF ENDED UP ON THE SWIMMING AREA AND ACCIDENTALLY INJURING A KID ????
HAVE YOU EVER TAKEN A LEAK ON THE BEACH OR PARKING LOT ????

I completly agree with wharfrat , It is a problem and most of the time when you try and explain the problem to them you get "No Englese" which most of the time is BS anyway, what these people do and the trash they leave behind is dis respectful to ALL and it is done intentionally thats the bottom line!Hers an example This WE walking to the backside of rm#2 there was a group of men who were leaving(leaving all thier trash TOO!) I informed them to pick up thier trash They responded "No habla english" and laughed as they left, I called them a bunch of Fn" Animals and On my way out I used the tall kitchen bag that I carry with me for just such ocasions and cleaned up after the ANIMALS I filled the bag!



As for breaking off rigs or lures I have never done that intentionaly . After fishing in waders for a number of hours Yes I have relieved myself on the beach or parking lot thats alot different than keeping shorts and leaving trash

nice try sharpshooter,but you missed.its not about prejudice or BS.have you been to the backside of breezy point,or to the sides of the western bridges,or to the point lookout jetties?it's the facts dude.some people have great love and respect for this precious natural resource and are indebted to the people who work so hard for it.some people don't care about it, they just use it and trash it.look hard,you'll see the short bass and blacks(i mean blackfish, guy) too.the garbage and dead bycatch is in plain sight.some people don't know any better.and this goes for all groups of people,i didn't mean to leave anyone out.by the way,your comparisons are absurd and are not realistic.

Anyone been to sunken meadow jetty? (only know of one) There were at least 150 sea robins (all dead some just heads) on or around the jetty and tons more in the water, cutting off the tails when they (the sea robins) were still alive and flailing and they laughed! I asked 2 kids what they wanted sea robins for, they said to eat them, I asked what part of them was edible, they said very fast we don't know but our parents know. BS! They tossed the bag (with the sea robins) into the water as they were leaving and they then proceeded to kick around some sea robin heads, SICK!

There is not a single reference to race, ethnicity, ect. in Wharfrat's post.What makes you think he is not referring to ANY angler who disrespects OUR natural resources?BTW- accidentally breaking off a rig or lure does not, in any shape, way or form compare to INTENTIONALLY littering or killing undersize fish.
