The day was spent in the water at the ooutflow of the power plant. We were skindiving and there were a few other boats at anchor around us. We worked the areas from the first portion of outflow to the outer reaches, to approx.30'. The boats seemed to be catching togs on a consistant basis, however I couldn't see what was beening used as bait. For us though we took five keepers, the biggest being approx. 6 lbs. The others were larger than the ones being caught but nothing of great size. The stripers were closest to the out flow and all of the ones that were seen (they were plentiful)were in the 15-25# range. I think they knew that we weren't able to take them in CT waters and seemed to be taunting us by coming to within inches.
