Has anyone had any experience with Maxima Fiber Glo ( Hot Pink) line for either surf or pier fishing? I want to use it on my pier rods for visibility reasons. The advertisements say that it "disappears" under water. ?????????
Any and all comments will be appreciated. I guess that some associated kidding will accompany the choice of color, but.......... these ole' eyes ain't as sharp as they once were.

i used to use the Trilene Hi-Vis green looks radioactive, doesn't act like mono has a very limber and has a low memory, i would use it only in montauk where when crowds are there the bass run across and tangle 6 lines, it would make it easy to determine which was my line snip snip back to fishing while everyone else untangles knots, the fish did not seem to mind the color although i did use a clear mono leader....
