Hi All,
I'm thinking of launching out of port washington into manhasset bay this weekend.I was wondering what the story is with parking at the town dock.Is it impossible on the weekends?I was planning on hitting it at the crack of dawn sat. or sun.I was also wondering how important the tide table is for over there.Looks like high tide is about 11:30.Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Always lots of parking at the town dock. Sometimes, the police come chase everyone out at 3AM, just to see the lot completely empty. But parking, even pre-dawn has always been OK for me.

After Labor Day you can park over at Manorhaven Park too. That's where we've parked and sometimes the fish are closer to there.
