Looking for: used trailer and info on 25 hp outboard

Wondering if anyone knows where I can look for a used trailer for a 16' tin boat. Also any info to convert a '98 25hp Johnson outboard that is set up for steering to a tiller handle. Any info is greatly appreciated.
