Hello Spencer,

There are many Capt. looking for good mates along our coast. Simply check the local fishing magazines (Classified Columns) and you will be surprised. In fact... on one of the local mag. (Feb 28- March 3 Issue) there is a Capt. seeking a good mate for an Open and charter captain!

Also... Go to your local B&T shop? Some of them have a very good idea what's going on in the business end.
