Crazy,
Do you have any knowledge to share about plugging Long Beach? This past season was my first as a serious surf fishing addict, and I spent most of it at Field 6, Cedar, and an occasional hike to Demo and Sore Thumb, as well as the Nissequogue. I enjoyed learning about the difference between open beach and inlet fishing, though I have a lot to learn about reading the beach and finding structure.
Since I come out from Queens to fish, I thought I'd get to know Long Beach, since its a little closer to home. I assume the jetties provide some good structure, but this is altogether different from Jones and Cedar. I assume casting between, but close to the jetties is a good place to start, but I'm not sure where on the island is a good place (west, east, or middle). Any feedback would be appreciated.
regards and happy new year!
