Hit the surf in LB around 5pm on Friday- using clams - lots of hits and misses- caught my first stripers of the season. Lost more than I caught-still out of practice - but managed to land three schoolies in about 2 hours-largest 22" - sure felt good and made up for an otherwise shtty week. Water had cleared up-pretty clear- no weeds- had better success on the west side of the jetty.
