My wife and I are looking to rent out a room in our townhouse, very affordable. One unfurnished 12.5 x 8.5 bedroom freshly painted plus share the rest of the house. Located in Calverton just off the LIE exit 71, great starting point for a fisherman, I call it the Riverhead junction, you can go south & east to Montauk or S & west to Moriches, continue east to Mattatuck & Greenport and Orient point.
