Hey Guys:

Question for you....

I have a small river that flows into the Sound across the street from my house. There are a lot of eels coming out of the river.

Can you name some companies that sell eel traps? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to find eel traps in the larger local tackle shops. Otherwise, I think Cabelas or Bass Pro has them.

BTW, check the NYS regs for eel trapping. And that creek may be off limits per the DEC. Don't want to get a ticket.

Luckily for me, I live in CT and the river I'm talking about is legal to trap. Thanks for your input. I appreciate it.
