I'm new to this site and I'm sure someone has already asked this but...
Could you folks comment on your favorite line/leader/sinker combination for black fishing? (ie: mono/braided/hybrid/, # test, leader choice: mono/fluro etc...) I've only been fishing for a short time and would appreciate any feedback.

I Like...

50 pound PowerPro w/ a 15ft 50 pound mono leader to my diamond sinker which is usually around 8 to 12 ounces. I snell my hooks w/ 10 inches of either clear or black 60 pound nylon leader material. For hooks I like a 3/0 mustad octopus or Gama baitholder tied in about 8 inches above the sinker.
