Did anyone else get to this show today?? Just back in and thought there was some AWESOME deals if you picked through the booths.

Saw 8 foot Rogue's for $75-$90, bucktail for the do it yourselfers and plenty of bulk hooks to name a few. I was particularly fond of the guy selling RM Smiths, Habs, Tatoos, and GRS. He also had new in the box Cabos for $120!!! Wish I had brought more cash!!!

I ended up with 3 RMs and a GRS Pikie :):) Had to save some cash for the LIBBA raffle tomorrow!! :)

I don't know, I guess your impression will depend on what you happen to be looking for and whether or not you find it. I go to this flea market pretty much every time they have it. I usually find several things that I need but today I almost walked out empty handed. The pickin's were mighty slim. I ended up taking home an old Penn reel that needed a little love.

I made the pilgramige and spent about $75 on small stuff. Mybest find were 6 sneaky snake trolling tubes for $5. I was looking for a "tube and worm" rig that I've read on this site would be good for trolling behind a kayak. I'll try a scrap of Gulp instead of a worm and see what happens. I like that show and the exhibitors. Ed

BASS28,

Yep, that may be true. I've never been down there for that but read it is a madhouse!! Two reasons for today, A: this one was close by without bouncing for 20 dollars worth of tolls, not to mention gas. B: Tomorrow is LIBBA's annual meeting. :)

I'm happy enough with the pluggage I found today. :)

I hope you have a good time and get what your looking for at Asbury
