Lilco/Crab Meadow

Anyone know if the effluent at Lilco or crab meadow is producing blues/bass. I am planning on fishing from shore this weekend with a high tide about 8am and would like to jig the area.

Was out last month and the ****tails were at the effluent, but tough to reach without a boat.

Fisherman Only.

Since most non-fisherman wouldn't be reading this stuff, could someone tell me where to park to get access to Crab Meadow/Lilco?
