Anyone know if the effluent at Lilco or crab meadow is producing blues/bass. I am planning on fishing from shore this weekend with a high tide about 8am and would like to jig the area.

Was out last month and the ****tails were at the effluent, but tough to reach without a boat.

Thanks

after dark the big boy's move in.

side note:
i spoke with the local SCPD and they assured me that if you have a copy of the noreaster on the dashboard they woun't write you a ticket.

Thanks for the report and the tip. It's funny because you can park dozens of times without getting a summons, then bam! Maybe its the new guy on the force who doesn't realize that its fishermen and not just teenagers parking at Crab Meadow at night/early am.

The problem is that there are teenagers/young adults who go drinking on the beach and the officers don't know who is who. The copy of the Noreast on the dash sounds good until the non-fishermen learn about it and use it to avoid tickets too.

I don't think these kids will be trying to figure out why some cars are ticketed and others aren't...seems to me they have something else on their minds entirely
