fish the bottom with porgie rigs tipped with clam. they taste very good.

and i like to use clams in the surf with a hi lo rig

I catch them with a porgy rig with clam. They do taste good but the bass like them better

kingfish or hi-lo rig with small hooks. small clam and squid atrips, or sand worms. fish just past the lip of the beach. they search the churning water for small creastaceans and small tidbits of stuff.
