Its always like that this time of year. Guys can barely sell their catch. I saw fillets for 3.99 a pound in Westchester last week.

The fillets always look nasty though.I saw them in shop rite by me and good God did they look awful.

I don't particularly like cats but I wouldn't even give what I saw at that fish counter to a tabby.
