Jay, I feel jigging and popping community are somewhat different.
I met many new jig fishermen in Texas, NC, MA, RI, NJ an NY this year. Even we met each other for the first time, we are all like old friends. I always tell other fishermen that you really can enjoy fishing if you are not intested in keeping fish too much and most jig fishermen I met like to catch and release and every jig fishermen like to share information and like to learn from others including myself. The most important thing for jig fishermen is to enjoy themselves, not to catch more fish. I am looking forward to seeing you soon and talk about fishing.
