Keeper sized porgies in Jamaica bay

I have a small inflatable boat so I am pretty much stuck with fishing within the limits of the bay... I think. In any case I am definitely more comfortable within the confines of the bay. Does anyone know of any spots where keeper sized porgies can be caught in the bay?

A looong time ago we used to fish a rocky spot no too far from the Canarsie pier, out off the bridge to the west on the belt parkway. Small spot so it was tough to get on, especially without any electronics (rental skiff) but we would catch good if we could get on the spot. You might find it if you can get a slow drift.
