I suffered tennis elbow for many years as a result of playing semi-pro racquetball. I dont want to play doctor but is the pain on the top of the elbow which is is forehand TE, or the bottom which is backhand TE. If its on the bottom it should hurt when you pull or when you paddle. You should Look into one of the tennis elbow straps it might help. Also I wouldnt use your paddle in feathered grip because that twisting of paddle will aggravate it, so go with a straight shaft style paddle.
