Launched the kayak at 6am for the first outing of the season. The conditions were very tough. The water was very choppy, but the wind made it really tough. I managed to snag two bunker but no takers. Changed over to tube and worm with gulp and got two keepers. The first was about 33" but real skinny, which I released. The second one was nice looking 29" that I kept for the table. The paddle back to land was brutal. I had the outgoing tide but that didn't make it any easier with that stiff wind on your face. Sore all over and my legs feel like jelly, but it was nice to get out and get some keepers. <like href="http://www.noreast.com/postedreports/view.cfm?id=170148" send="false" show_faces="false" width='layout="button_count"'></like> First one and dinner |
