I only use OWNER ultrahead saltwater bullets. Tough and sharp but the lightest they make is 1/2 oz. To make them lighter i take a file and work the sides to get to the weight i want and still have a 5/0 hook on the end!Good Luck!

fin-s head and gotcha are good for schoolies(wire hook). hurricane makes some cheap ones you can pick out of the bargin bin a sports athority but have a better hook.

or following frankies advice use the heads from chewed up bucktails. usually doesnt work with the smilin bill heads so i just retie them, but head like spros or blue frog work.

put a slugo on the swing hook, killer action

The Owner Saltwater Bullet Jigheads

If you want something that is tough The Owner Saltwater Bullet are what you want. For blues and stripers those are the best as well as fluke. You cannot get any better. Other times you can use spro but for Blues they will knock the paint off of them quick. I use both for blues, stripers, and fluke and i love the Owner. They are sharp and they wont bent as easily as the spros. Good Luck
